TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL Â WASHINGTON, DC
Dalton Advisory Group was selected to run the Design Management and Construction Management as the day to day liaison with The Trump Organization.

This $200M renovation of the historic Old Post Office on Pennsylvania Avenue included complete renovation of the interior and exterior insuring that the historic properties of the building were maintained.

The hotel added a large Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, five kitchens and the BLT Prime restaurant by David Burke. The construction was completed in 22 months and completed before President Trump was elected.
RITZ CARLTON HOTEL Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â WASHINGTON, DC
Millenium Partners from New York selected Dalton Advisory Group to renovate the Grand Ballroom and meeting rooms of the signature Ritz Carlton on 22nd Street in Washington, DC. as well as renovations to the Georgetown Ritz Carlton.
Dalton was tasked with a complete renovation that had to be completed in fourteen days while the spaces were shut down in the summer. Strategic planning of materials and labor were required in order to complete the renovation before Labor Day.
KENNEDY CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT Â Â Â Â Â WASHINGTON, DC
Dalton Advisory Group was selected to help manage the design and construction of the $150M expansion of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. This iconic 72,000 SF addition to the campus includes rehearsal spaces, classrooms, theaters, kitchens, performance spaces and large open landscaped areas to engage the community.

The white titanium concrete pavilion sculptures emerge from the site introducing a new concept to the Kennedy Center, including simulcast projection of performances on the side of the Skylight Pavilion seating 2,000 people from the community for free.
WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT
Most managers of the building process don't look at the project from the perspective of the developer. Dalton Advisory Group, founded by Stephen H. Dalton, is different because Dalton is an architect trained at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture and Planning, was a general contractor for 25 years and later became the head of the construction division for several large developers.
